My process

The result: My goal was to make the guide comprehensive yet engaging. The end goal is to create something the user will want to read. We want to write for the users, not the bots.
Step 1: Research
I usually begin my research by gathering data on the latest studies, expert opinions, and best practices around the topic.
In this case usually about productivity, task management, and daily organization. I looked into strategies, tools, and techniques that can provide accurate, actionable value to readers.
Step 2: Outline
Once I have collected a set of recommendations and tips to share, I develop a thorough outline that maps the key points and logical flow for an informative yet engaging article.
Step 3: Draft
With an outline in place, I draft the initial content. The goal is a clear and concise writing style with an approachable, conversational tone.
I include visual elements like images, charts, graphs, and screenshots to enhance the content and appeal to visual learners.
Step 4: Feedback
After reviewing and editing the draft, I seek feedback from colleagues to improve clarity and cohesion and address any spelling or grammar issues.
Throughout the entire process, I keep the reader in mind, focusing on how I can best explain concepts and share practical advice.

Strategy
I implemented the newsletter content strategy for a wellness coach, including an automated welcome email sequence introducing the client’s brand and services to new subscribers.
I followed by sending out nurture emails every week.
I also helped the client launch their product and wrote the launch email sequence a series of 7 emails focusing on different aspects of the product like testimonials, interviews, FAQs, etc.
